Live Streaming Guide

Welcome to the live streaming service of Stars Haven, also known as Father’s Dream Church! We are delighted that you’ve chosen to join us online for worship and spiritual enrichment. This guide will help you navigate our live streaming platform so you can fully participate in our services, no matter where you are.

How to Access the Live Stream

1. Visit Our Website

   • Go to www.starshaven.org.
   • Click on the “Stars Haven Live” tab in the main menu.

2. Choose Your Service

   • Our live services are available on Sundays, and special occasions. Select the service you wish to join from the schedule provided.

3. Join the Stream

   • Click the “Stars Haven Live” button to start streaming. The service will begin automatically at the scheduled time.

Streaming Platforms

We offer multiple platforms for your convenience:

• Website: Stream directly on our church website.
• YouTube: Visit our YouTube channel for high-quality video streaming.
• Facebook Live: Join us on Facebook to interact with other members in real-time.
• Mobile App (Coming Soon): Download our mobile app on iOS or Android to watch on the go.

Preparing for the Service

1. Find a Quiet Space: Choose a quiet and comfortable place where you can focus on worship without interruptions.
2. Gather Your Family: Worship is a communal experience. Invite your family members to join you in the service.
3. Prepare Your Heart: Spend a few moments in prayer or reflection before the service begins to center your heart and mind.

Interacting During the Service

• Chat Feature: Use the live chat feature to connect with other viewers, share prayer requests, or say “Amen!” during the sermon.
• Prayer Requests: Submit your prayer requests through the chat, or via the prayer request form on our website. Our prayer team is ready to pray with and for you.
• Giving: You can participate in our tithes and offerings by transfering to the bank account below during the live stream. Secure and easy-to-use options are available for your convenience.

Technical Support

If you encounter any issues during the live stream:

• Refresh the Page: Sometimes a simple page refresh can solve minor issues.
• Check Your Internet Connection: Ensure your internet connection is stable. Try moving closer to your router if you’re on Wi-Fi.
• Contact Support: If the problem persists, click on the “Technical Support” on our website or the live-chat, and our team will assist you.

Missed a Service?

Don’t worry if you can’t join us live. All services are recorded and available on-demand shortly after the live broadcast. Visit our  Sermon Archive to catch up on any services you missed.
